Recipe Inspiration
– 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough – 1 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation) – 4 oz cream cheese, softened – 1 tbsp mayonnaise – 1 tsp lemon juice – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1 tbsp chopped green onions – Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier after baking.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, and green onions. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Season the crab mixture with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed to enhance the delicious seafood flavor.
Open crescent dough and separate into triangles. Lay them on the prepared baking sheet with the shortest side facing you.
Place a spoonful of the crab filling on the wide end of each triangle, then gently roll toward the tip to form a crescent shape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown and the filling is warm and bubbly inside.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These tasty bites make perfect party appetizers or quick seafood snacks anytime!
